Pullop shall extend roadside assistance solely contingent upon the driver's presence at the site of the incident, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement.
In order to avail oneself of the privileges associated with membership, it is imperative that the membership remains in active status and is registered under the name of the designated member.
Pullop endeavors to provide comprehensive coverage of roadside assistance; however, in areas where our network of service providers is not available, we cannot guarantee full service coverage.
The responsibility and liability pertaining to your vehicle and associated services rest exclusively with the contracted service provider/operator company, as delineated in our service agreement.
